Recently we revised our damage policy to provide greater flexibility to the host community in case of damage repair. We also decided to repair all damage cases caused during the trip (excluding host maintenance cases) immediately or at your convenience rather than waiting till the damage count reaches 5.

Flexibility to choose garage of your choice from the list of partnered garages
Coordinate directly with the garage for repair related updates
All the damages caused during the trip (excluding host maintenance cases) would be covered for repair immediately or at any point
Conditions:
Damage ticket raised through checklist will only be considered for repair work
Delist the car before opting for immediate repair work
Process:
Raise damage ticket through end checklist
Zoomcar will validate ticket based on checklist details and will share confirmation mail along with list of garages
On receiving confirmation mail from Zoomcar, you have the flexibility to repair the car at any point of time
In case of immediate repair work, delist your car and choose garage from the list of garages shared along with confirmation mail
Coordinate with the selected garage for repair related work and update, contact details already present in the garage list
