Women empowerment and equal opportunity is the most debated topic across. What is expected, is an environment to be created for women to give them power. Well, is it so? I think women are powerful beings, they are achievers who strive in any environment. They not only achieve but they also inspire and encourage people around them.
We have seen women overcome many obstacles to reach at the highest level, holding many top positions in the society. For women, power emerges from within, and the society needs to realize it . Women should know and find their true worth. And this sense of self-worth can’t always be associated with one’s education, beauty or skills. Women are inherently multitaskers. For women, running their houses and raising their children efficiently is their power.
Empowerment is not something which can be coached. Women should explore their individuality and confidence. Being a woman is powerful and when they have the freedom to express their opinion, then the is inner power is realized. They need to be strong in order to wade through the negativity and hurdles. Being empowered is an individual realization of one’s self esteem and essence of power within.
