I am regular Zoomcar user, there are some points on which i want you guys to improve:
1. You have stopped giving some car accessories like Aux cable, mobile charger etc which was a good factor for you earlier in customer point of view.
2. Wave off your old cars which are not in good condition. Sometimes, i have faced major issues in zoomcar while driving. Especially with the ones over 70-80k+ odometer reading.
3. Reduce your peak hour pricing, it forces us to look into other sources at that particular time.

I’ve always been a fan of zoomcar and am glad you all provide cars on such good rates. I first started to zoom with a safari and my experience was good until I got to know the coolant was low and stuck in a steep uphill on the way to ooty. Thanks my driving skills from childhood I managed to get the car moving at 5kmph at the idle rpm to park it at a safe spot. I got in touch with a technician who suggested to have the car checked with a person at a garage and assured me that they’d refund the cost involved. I did the same and it costed me 150 rupees. I never got the refund till date. I left it aside as it was not a huge deal of money. I booked again for a trip to coorg. This time the tyre got punctured and the Stepney tyre was cracked with severe cracks on it. I luckily got the punctured tyre fixed. Following week I reported it to the fleet executives and booked again. This time the was top notch right from interiors to wheels. I always like the refund and effectiveness of the delivery and return process best compared to all rental providers. Although I have had bad times I always would prefer to choose zoomcar than any other provider some they do take the matters seriously and provide immediate and effective help. They have me a walk through of what could be done if the car was irreparable. They were there 24×7 and all reps that I spoke to were calm and returned with appropriate follow ups. I work @ customer care myself at a us bank and they expect same from us. Surprised to see zoomcar is top at the way the handle issues and help people in current day situations. I’d always choose Zoomcar than any other provider. Happy to zoom with convinence than anything else. Thank you zoomcar

Sir zoomcar is awesome but alittle more advertise ment is required as i am living in chandigarh …very less people know about zoom car * one option also be there that i rented a car ..i will pay fuel how much km i drive .km will limitless ..sir they can make car affordable for others people will start using zoomcars more .

Instead of having a paper sheet and writing the details of the car damage why not video record the car before handing it over the to customers and after the trip evaluating the car in the similar way record the damages digitally with proof.
This will save time spent on paper work and customer will also be happy not to waste his 15/30 min during pickup and drop

Zoom car does a wonderful service as I had the privilege using the zoom service continually for two months with no hazels and problems. Rather the staff in NOVOTEL complex at Chennai were very prompt and kind. It will be a pleasure to use their services and will recommend to anybody who is a reliable customer

U can start some system which can shows reminder of car available.. Like i mean to say for e.g. i m looking to book a ciaz car today or tomorrow at Churchgate location, Mumbai.. But the car is not available at that time when i was searching for booking.. After 5hrs that ciaz is available.. But i was not able to check your app coz i am busy in some other work or not in my mind to book that.. At that time someone else books the car just because i was not aware in advance about it that the car is available.. So there should be some type of sms/app notification reminder for people who are interested in booking & can book when its available.. It will be really helpful for customers & profitable for company too.. Let me know if its a good idea :p

Being a liyal customers, i would like to highlights some major points on which you must work on.
1.i choose different cars many times from hinjewadi pune location and found that all your cars need servicing on time which is very much required.for example …stairing unbalanced,unwanted noise ..torn seats and all.
2.very critical points..tyre of all cars need to be checked and replaced on time as it is not in conditions to drive for long go.it can be punctured any time.trust me.
3.please keep your car always clean from inside and outside.you might have been asking to your location people but they are not more curious about this.
4.apart from this we found ok.
5.you can also add some more varieties in car i mean some luxurious one.

first suggestion is about to check the fleet of old cars which ran for huge no of km’s and whose interiors are bad, recently took a figo whose seat was even torn. Having seat covers on might be good for such very easily noticeable things.
suggestion about the contest itself, instead of the ride might be giving a good number of zoomcar credits is a good idea.
Atleast for Hyderabad location there are no small cars provided like Nano or Eon, including them in the fleet would be a very good idea and users will have good no of options to choose from.
