In your FAQs section you are mentioning that one can proceed with the booking even if he/she is not able to link their citrus account to zoomcar. I can not find any other way to proceed with my booking. even though i have a citrus account, strangely your site is not allowing me to login as it is repeatedly showing incorrect credentials (although i have checked directly on citrus site and it is working perfectly fine). This is an irritating experience and strangely there is no way out.
Now to add to the frustrating experience i can not find your customer care no. nor can i submit my query online (even if it is less than 500 character limit you have set).
What happened to you guys. all was functioning so well and now all this.

Haven’t you guys given a thought that citrus or for that matter any wallet currently doesn’t allow user to add more than 10K at a time.
How will anyone pay using it, if the amount is more than that.

This was never expected from ur site. I had a marvelous first experience, but my return to ur site, greeted me with a bad experience.
I expect someone to immediately take a note of this and contact me ASAP.
