A month back, we introduced you to Karim Mohammed Zakir Hussain, a Team Leader from our Bangalore fleet. We spoke about him at length – about his dream, his hopes, his aspirations, his stories, and about Zoomcar. Presenting to you, another episode of Unsung Heroes, this time with K. Deshpandian.
29 year old K. Deshpandian belongs to Bangalore. He was into logistics, till a friend working at Zoomcar introduced him here. It’s been over a year now, and Deshpandian loves it here. “I see a lot of growth opportunities here”, he says.
In a candid chat, Deshpandian shared his stories with us. He is currently posted at the KR Puram site, and he says he meets many different people in a day, and not just customers. Deshpandian loves to interact with everybody he meets, and cherishes his job.
When asked as to how he manages to deal with so many people at the same time, he says that patience & calm is the key. “The minute you are nice to someone, they have no reason left to not be nice to you. It is simple and works both way”. Boy, we’ll say!
Deshpandian absolutely loves it here at Zoomcar, and treats the company in utmost high regard. “I know that people say many different things in Social Media, but I know that Zoomcar is the place where I want to be.” We want you here, too Deshpandian! Great co workers are hard to find 🙂
