This week we would like to bring some attention to those who don’t get enough credit here at Zoom. Every time you rent a car and self drive, these are the people who help make the process easier. They take your calls, book your reservations, help you when you get into trouble, and most importantly they keep you smiling. Without these people, Zoom wouldn’t be able to keep the self-drive revolution alive. We are truly grateful to have them with us, and appreciate all of their hard work!
Without further ado I present to you the Unsung Heroes of Zoom ..
First up we have Ramesh.
A lover of traveling and new experiences, Ramesh likes to play cricket and practice his drawing in his free time. He is originally from Vellore (TN), and was raised here in Bangalore. He completed his education at Bangalore Sree Venkateshwara English School. Prior to working with Zoom, he worked at Coca Cola as a Team leader, Spice BPO as a Team leader, and in Airtel as a Service Coordinator. His current role at Zoom is as a Customer Service Executive. He joined the Zoom team because he loves cars and thought that the concept of self drive was new and exciting. The role excites me a lot because I love the idea of helping a newly formed organization like Zoom where I can invest my experience, talent and showcase myself with commitment which will boost my confidence and career further with the development of the company.
Next up we have Amarjeet.
When Amarjeet isn’t listening to music or watching movies, he likes to travel, take long drives with friends, and go trekking. He is from Dimapur, Nagaland, and completed his education at Pranab Vidyapith Higher Secondary School. Prior to working with Zoom he worked with Indiaplaza.com in CSR for one year. His current role at Zoom is as a Customer Service Executive. Amarjeet was interested in working with Zoom because he recognized the opportunity for growth and professional development, and is excited to see how self drive will work in India. Working in Zoom is adventurous as I get to learn new things everyday.
Last but not least, meet the impressionable Satya.
A social butterfly with a green thumb, Satya loves gardening, listening to music, and never misses an opportunity to travel. She is from Ongole, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, and finished her schooling at B.Tech in QIS College of Engineering & Technology at Ongole. Before coming to work at Zoom, Satya worked as a Back-End representative in Idea Cellular. Currently, Satya is happily working as a Customer Service Executive with Zoom. Satya wanted to work with Zoom because she loves the concept of Zoom, and said that it was a very rare service that was utterly unique. She is also excited for the career opportunities Zoom may be able to offer. ZOOM is a combination of creative thinking and innovative ideas. To be frank ZOOM is special.
These three Customer Service Executives work very hard to make sure that you have a great experience every time you rent a car from Zoom. If you think they are doing a great job, please let them know! We always appreciate feedback and these three are the people to talk to. Always remember, without these members of the Zoom team, there would be no self drive car rental in Bangalore.
