We have kept our pricing policy simple and transparent. When you book a Zoomcar, the prices always include the fuel. Even if you are refueling during your trip, just fill up and keep the receipt, and we will refund that amount.
Your reservation comes with a certain number of free KMs depending on the tariff plan you’ve chosen and numbers of hours booked. Check here for more details about our flexible tariff options. Let’s say, you book a Figo for 24 hours and choose Zoom Classic (10 KM/hr). If you drive within 240 KMs, there is no extra charge. In case you exceed the number of kilometers, we will charge you Rs. 12 (depends on car) per additional KM you’ve driven. However, if you refuel, that cost will be refunded.
It’s not just the fuel, your booking also comes with a comprehensive insurance which limits your liability. We take a small, fully refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 for every booking. In the rare case of damage to the vehicle, we deduct the cost of it from the above mentioned deposit. In case of higher damage, your maximum liability is limited to Rs 10,000 and we request you to pay the difference above the Rs 5,000 deposit. Under normal situations (no damage to vehicle) you will get the security deposit amount (after adjusting for extra KM charges if applicable) back in your Zoomcar wallet soon after your booking is complete. You can immediately transfer that amount to your bank account (It can take 3-5 days to reflect in the back account). Of course, drinking under influence of alcohol or other substance makes the insurance void, and in such cases user is liable to pay up to full extent of the damage.
We don’t even take this security deposit from our Loyal users. You can easily become one by completing two bookings with a total combined value of at least Rs 5,000.
All our cars have All India Permit so you can take them anywhere you wish. Our prices also include service taxes, however, user needs to pay for any toll and state permit charges.
We don’t believe in taking you by surprise but, if we do, we make sure it’s a pleasant one!

I planned my entire journey completely relying and trusting Zoomcar. I uploaded a copy of my valid license making sure that the image was of good quality and all the information were legible. I had to cancel all my plans as Zoomcar kept my driving licence status on pending even after a week. I went through all your declarations only to find that my license qualified all your demands. Even after I logged into Zoomcar after a month, my DL status still says pending. I gave up on Zoomcar and deleted the license images.
