Dear Hosts,

We’re making a small but important change to when you receive your payouts from Zoomcar.

Starting 22nd Oct, all your payouts, including booking earnings, incentives, and bonuses, will be processed every Wednesday.

What’s changing

Until now,
– Booking payouts were processed 14–24 hours after each booking ended, and
– Weekly bonuses, incentives, and adjustments were credited on Tuesdays

From Oct 22nd,
– We’re simplifying this process so you’ll receive all your payouts together on one day: Wednesday.
– On Wednesday, you’ll receive payout for all the bookings that ended in the previous week (between Monday to Sunday)
– You may still receive multiple payouts on that day (based on your completed bookings), but everything will now arrive on a single weekly schedule.

– One predictable payout day; no need to track multiple timelines
– Easier to plan your weekly earnings
– No change in total earnings or payment method
– Removes multiple payments for same booking

FAQs

• Will I still receive separate payouts for each booking?

Yes, payouts will not be combined. You’ll continue to receive separate transactions for each booking, but they’ll now be processed together every Wednesday. 

• What happens to my incentives and bonuses?

Those will also be credited on Wednesdays, along with your booking payouts so you’ll receive everything on one day instead of split across Tuesday and other days.

• Will my total payout amount or structure change?

No. Your total earnings, incentives, and deductions remain exactly the same. Only the timing of payouts is changing.

• What about bookings that end before this change starts?

Bookings that end before Oct 22nd will follow the current 14–24 hour payout timeline.
