Here are three of the best things to see and do in BR Hills:
Jeep Safari’s: The best way to explore BR Hills is to get behind the wheels of a jeep and explore the unexplored! Hire a driver to take you around the sanctuary so that you have the freedom to take pictures as you please. This is a must do for anyone visiting BR Hills!
Elephant Rides: Looking for something a little more adventurous? Jump on the back of an elephant for a truly unforgettable experience. These elephants are well trained and are good with handling children of all ages. What a better way to experience wildlife than to do it on the back of an elephant!
Biligirirangaswamy Temple: One of the most famous destinations here is the temple dedicated to Lord Venkatesha atop the hill range. The idol is depicted in an uncommon standing position, and every year the festival “Vaishakha” attracts people from all over the world. During the festival local tribe members present a large pair of slippers to honor the deity.
